Fair Housing: What You Need To Know


Presented by Feinstein, Raiss, Kelin & Booker, this informative program will focus on screening tenants based upon criminal activity, discrimination based upon familial status (occupancy standards and amenities) and the new regulations on quid pro quo and sexual harassment in housing.

This course is currently pending continuing legal education credits and continuing credits for NJ real estate licensees.

Cancellation Policy: A notice via e-mail or fax is required at least 48 hours in advance. If a notice is not received, a $25 fee will be charged per registrant.
